Michael Hochberg is an associate in our litigation department.  Michael has extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience across all commercial dimensions. His practical and timely approach ensures that our clients can confidently leave their legal work in his hands so that they can focus on achieving their business objectives. 

Michael regularly litigates cases for both landlord and tenant clients before the Superior Court of Justice and at private arbitration. He has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario and has deep expertise in commercial leasing law.

Michael was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2009.  Prior to joining Daoust Vukovich, Michael gained valuable hands-on experience working at a large national firm in Toronto, as well as at a boutique firm.

Michael graduated from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, with an M.B.A. in 2019.  He received an LL.M. from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto in 2010.  In 2008, he graduated from the University of Windsor with a combined J.D./LL.B., having clerked for the Honourable Judge Julian Abele Cook Jr., of the US Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Prior to attending law school, Michael completed his B.A. at Western University where he studied English and History.
