Gasper is a partner in the litigation department of Daoust Vukovich LLP. Gasper's practice focuses on a broad range of complex matters, including both commercial and civil disputes. He has particular experience with commercial lease disputes, contractual disputes, condominium disputes, construction law disputes, as well as debt collection matters.

Gasper has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, various administrative tribunals, and both private mediations and arbitrations.

Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2007, Gasper joined DV as an associate after working with the firm as both an articling student and as a summer student.

For the last several years Gasper was a member of the firm’s executive committee and social committee.  In addition, Gasper has been involved with several community events such as participating in the Toronto Santa Claus Parade as a Celebrity Clown and as a board member of the Toronto Santa Claus Parade.  Gasper is also an active participant in the firm’s Run for The Cure initiatives and Heart and Stroke initiatives.

Gasper graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. While at Windsor Law, he was active in the community working with the school's legal aid clinic as a case worker and student litigator, acting as a student mediator within the University of Windsor Mediation Service, and as the Chief Financial Officer of the Students' Law Society Inc. during his final year of studies. Prior to attending law school, he completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts at York University where he graduated on the Dean's Honour Roll.

Gasper is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations, as well as The Advocates' Society.
