Gasper is a partner in our litigation department. Gasper's practice focuses on a broad range of complex matters, including both commercial and civil disputes. He has particular experience with commercial lease disputes, contractual disputes, construction law disputes, as well as debt collection matters. Gasper has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice; various administrative tribunals and both private mediations and arbitrations. Gasper has also assisted with various matters that have appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Gasper was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2007. Gasper joined the firm as an associate after working with Daoust Vukovich LLP as both an articling student and summer student. Gasper graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. While at Windsor Law, he was active in the community working with the school's legal aid clinic as a case worker and student litigator, acting as a student mediator within the University of Windsor Mediation Service, and also as the Chief Financial Officer of the Students' Law Society Inc., during his final year of studies. Prior to attending law school, he completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts at York University where he graduated on the Dean's Honour Roll.
Gasper is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations, as well as The Advocates' Society.
