Mary Ann is a law clerk in the commercial leasing and real estate groups.  Her work in our commercial leasing group includes preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases and related documents. She also acts for our clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development of land involving commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Mary Ann joined Daoust Vukovich commercial leasing group in 2000 as a legal assistant and became a law clerk in 2006.  Prior to joining Daoust Vukovich, Mary Ann was a leasing paralegal at one of Canada’s largest commercial real estate developer in which her main responsibilities included preparing and negotiating leases for major shopping centres. 

Mary Ann received an Associate Program Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2002.
