Kenneth is a partner in the firm’s commercial leasing department.  Kenneth brings with him varied and extensive commercial leasing experience gained from his experience in both in-house and private practice roles and acting for some of Canada’s largest landlords and tenants.  His practice includes all aspects of commercial leasing, including office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects.  Kenneth has acted on a broad range of sophisticated leasing transactions across diverse real estate markets, ranging from leases of land to support industrial manufacturing hubs, to leases for newly constructed mixed-use office towers in the City of Toronto, to leases of buildings in rural Ontario to support the provision of medical facilities for local communities.  His clients include some of Canada’s most prominent property owners, pension funds, and real estate investment trusts, as well as local and provincial governments and regional, national and multi-national tenants.    

Kenneth focuses on bringing a practical, efficient and business-minded approach to every leasing transaction. His focus is on exceptional client service and ensuring that clients receive expert advice backed by extensive experience and knowledge of the commercial leasing industry. 

Kenneth is a frequent speaker at various commercial leasing education programs and leasing industry events and is consistently ranked by Lexpert in The Best Lawyers of Canada for commercial leasing.        

Kenneth graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2011.  Prior to joining Daoust Vukovich LLP, Kenneth was a partner at a leading full service Canadian national law firm.
