Kenneth is an associate in our commercial real estate group. His practice focuses on all facets of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial, office, retail and industrial lands. Prior to joining our real estate group, Kenneth practiced as a litigator, with an emphasis on commercial real estate disputes. He has acted as in-house legal counsel for a large international landlord, where he was involved on all aspects of drafting and negotiating retail leases for new development and re-development projects across Canada as well as providing legal support to operating shopping centres.
Kenneth is also the firm's registered trademark agent and acts for clients on all matters relating to the acquisition, management and enforcement of trade-mark rights.
