Ike is an associate in the commercial real estate and litigation practice groups. Ike’s real estate practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of land involving commercial and industrial properties, while his litigation practice focuses on commercial lease disputes, contractual disputes, debtor/creditor disputes and commercial real estate disputes.
Ike joined the firm as an associate after working with Daoust Vukovich LLP as an articling student.
Ike obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at Osgoode, Ike participated in the International Legal Partnership where he spent a summer in Phnom Penh, Cambodia providing legal support services to underprivileged and low-income groups as an intern with Legal Aid Cambodia. Additionally, Ike was a student volunteer with Fair Change Community Services where advocated for street involved individuals and a clinical fellow with the IP Osgoode Innovation Clinic where he provided early stage intellectual property services to start-up companies in the technology sector.
Prior to attending law school, Ike obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from York University. While at York, Ike was a student-athlete on the varsity track and field team where he won a bronze medal in the 60m dash at the 2015 Canadian Interuniversity Sports Championships and was the recipient of the York University Track and Field Achievement award in 2015.
Ike is a member of the Ontario Bar Association as well as The Advocates’ Society.
