The economy is not as cold as originally thought it would be when this program was first developed. However, the pitfalls which await the unsuspecting lawyers, whether the economy is cold or hot, remain the same. this paper is not a comprehensive treatment of remedies in commercial leasing but rather an attempt to highlight and alert both landlord's and tenant's counsel to the issues and pitfalls they may encounter in the enforcement of commercial leasing remedies.
