What do I do When My Tenant Defaults?: A Practical Guide for Non-Lawyers

Gasper Galati and Ken Pimentel will be speaking at the PM Expo on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 on various topics relating to tenant defaults and bankruptcy.  The presentation is intended to provide attendees with a practical guide to dealing with defaulting and bankrupt tenants.  It is targeted to anyone who is involved in the operational side of commercial leasing.  Topics will include understanding the options available to landlords in the event of a monetary default versus a non-monetary default to tenant surrenders and abandonment to bankruptcy.

The PM Expo ranks as the biggest trade show event related to the real estate and property sector in Canada.  The event is attended by leading corporate professionals and includes a number of educational seminars. The event is held on an annual basis at the Metro Toronto Convention Center in Canada.
