Lynn joined Daoust Vukovich LLP in 1998 as a law clerk with primary responsibilities in commercial leasing.
Lynn began her career in the commercial leasing field in 1982. She has tremendous experience in all areas of commercial leasing, having worked on behalf of vendors and purchasers in the due diligence process, negotiated, drafted and administered leases, for both retail and office.
She first worked as a Lease Administrator for Commercial Development Group, a developer of strip malls and residential properties. Her duties included drafting and negotiating leases as well as some property management responsibilities for both the commercial and residential properties. Lynn joined Standard Optical in 1988, where she was responsible for negotiating leases for its various chains of stores and reviewing year-end rent adjustment statements to ensure invoices were in accordance with the terms of the various leases. She was with the organization through two sales and each time provided assistance to both the Vendors and Purchasers in the due diligence process. In 1995, Lynn joined CIBC Development Corp. and performed Lease Negotiation and Rent Administration functions for the locations where CIBC and subsidiary companies Wood Gundy and Personal Insurance operated as a tenant.
Lynn attended Sheridan College in 1985 and obtained her Management 1 diploma in the ICSC Shopping Center Management Course.
